Dead on arrival or damaged in transit
Every cluster is powered on and filmed before it is packed, and the serial number is recorded. If your unit arrives damaged or does not power on, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the unit. We send a replacement if we have one, otherwise a full refund including the original shipping. Return shipping for a DOA unit is on us.
14-day return window
You may return any cluster within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided it is in the condition it was delivered: not installed in a vehicle, not coded, Component Protection still active, label and seals intact. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the unit back. The buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have this right by law; we extend the same 14 days to every customer worldwide.
Units that have been coded to a vehicle
Once Component Protection has been removed and the cluster has been coded, it is bound to that vehicle and cannot be resold as a 0 km unit. For that reason coded clusters are excluded from the change-of-mind return, except where the law of your country says otherwise. If a coded unit develops a fault within the first 90 days, contact us: we assess it case by case and repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
Wrong part ordered
We check the part number and index against your VIN before we ship. If you skip the VIN check and order a unit that does not match your car, the 14-day return still applies as long as the unit is uninstalled and uncoded. Please use the VIN check; it exists to prevent exactly this.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp +1 971 419 6150 or email [email protected] with your order details and photos.
- We confirm the return within 1 working day and send the return address in China and packing instructions. Please reuse the foam packaging.
- Ship with a tracked service and send us the tracking number. Import duties on returned goods are handled by us.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, bank transfer or card, within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges
If you need a different index or suffix, we exchange an uninstalled, uncoded unit for another in stock; you pay the price difference and the shipping for the exchange.
Import duties and taxes
Duties and VAT charged by your country on delivery are not part of the purchase price and are not refundable by us; your customs authority usually refunds them for returned goods on request.
