Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-09-27. This page explains what information FPK KING collects when you use fpkking.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email we receive your name or handle, your phone number or email address, and whatever you send us: usually your car's VIN, a photo of your current cluster label and your delivery country. We need these to confirm which part number fits your car and to quote shipping.
  • Orders. To ship a cluster we need a delivery name, address and phone number for the courier, and the VIN if you book the remote Component Protection session. Payment details are handled by the payment provider named on your invoice; we never see your full card number.
  • Website visits. fpkking.com is a static site served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and our web server keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and error diagnosis. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies or user accounts. The VIN decoder on this site runs entirely in your browser; the VIN you type is not sent to us unless you press a button that opens WhatsApp or email.
  • Embedded content. Product pages link to videos on YouTube. If you open them, Google's own privacy policy applies.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, check fitment, quote, invoice, ship and code the cluster you ordered.
  • To keep a record of the serial number, VIN and coding session for warranty and Component Protection follow-up.
  • To comply with export, customs and tax record-keeping rules.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send newsletters. We share delivery details only with the courier, and payment details only with the payment provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order, invoice, VIN and coding records are kept for as long as export and tax rules require, then deleted. Server logs are rotated automatically within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to [email protected] or message +1 971 419 6150 on WhatsApp.
