Last updated 2026-09-27. These terms apply to every cluster and service sold by FPK KING through fpkking.com, WhatsApp or email.
Who we are
FPK KING is the trading name of an independent automotive electronics seller. We are not affiliated with Audi AG, Volkswagen AG or Bosch; part numbers and model names are used only to identify fitment. Contact: WhatsApp / Tel +1 971 419 6150, email [email protected]. What we sell
Genuine Audi instrument clusters removed from new vehicles before delivery, odometer 0 km, unused, sold as removed parts and not as new boxed parts. Each listing shows the exact unit with its Bosch label, software and hardware index and a power-on video. The cluster you receive is the unit shown, or an identical part number and index if you agree to a substitute in writing.
How an order works
- You send the part number you need and your VIN on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm fitment against the VIN and, if you can send it, the label of your current cluster.
- We send a written quote and an invoice in US dollars. The price on the product page includes express shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia; other destinations are quoted individually.
- The invoice states the accepted payment methods and the payment reference. We dispatch after the payment has been received.
- Units ship within 1 to 2 working days by DHL Express or FedEx, insured, with tracking and signature on delivery. Typical transit time is 3 to 6 working days.
Duties and taxes
Prices do not include import duties, VAT or brokerage fees charged in the destination country. These are collected by the courier from the recipient. We declare the goods accurately as used automotive instrument clusters with the invoiced value.
Component Protection
Every Audi cluster from model year 2017 must be released from Component Protection in an ODIS online session after it is fitted; until then the display shows SAFE CP and most functions stay locked. This is a property of every Audi cluster, not a defect. We offer a remote session at the price shown on the Component Protection removal page; you may also use an Audi dealer or any workshop with ODIS online access. Vehicles from model year 2020 may additionally need an SFD token, which we tell you before you pay.
Returns and warranty
Dead on arrival or transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery: we replace or refund, including return shipping. Any uninstalled, uncoded cluster may be returned within 14 days of delivery; you pay the return shipping. A cluster that has been coded to a vehicle is married to that vehicle and cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns are not possible after coding except where your local consumer law says otherwise. Liability
We are liable for the cluster being genuine, unused and as described. We are not liable for labour, diagnostic fees or consequential losses arising from fitting, coding or vehicle faults unrelated to the cluster, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
